Regular Sites 30 amp:$2750 - Unlimited seasonal access
Regular Sites 50 amp:$2850 - Unlimited seasonal access Premium 50 amp sites: 63 to 82

Lake view sites: A To C, K, 1, 2, 3,25,27,46, and 62
$3200 - Unlimited seasonal access
Lake front sites: D To J
$3400 - Unlimited seasonal access
Premium lake front sites: L To Q, and 28
$3600 - Unlimited seasonal access
Electricity is metered at each site and will be billed monthly along with a $5 meter fee.
Guest Charges:
$2.00 - Day time hours, per person
$5.00 - Overnight stay, per person
Boat slip $400.00 per season
Deposits for 2023 will be $500.00 Damage deposit/property disposal deposit $250 per site (refundable)
No site will be held without deposit, no refund of lease deposit. Summer outside boat storage without boat slip $100.00.
Summer inside boat storage with boat slip $100.00Summer inside boat storage without boat slip $250.00Winter outside boat storage $100.00 with boat slip lease. Winter inside boat storage $21 per foot (total overall length), minimum $300, cement floor. Winter inside boat storage $18 per foot (total overall length) minimum $250, dirt floor.
