2018 Rates
Regular Sites: $2250 - Use weekends and 2 week vacation$2400 - Unlimited seasonal access Premium 50 amp sites: 73 to 82 (new sites for 2018, available mid June)
$2350 - Use weekends and 2 week vacation
$2500 - Unlimited seasonal access
Lake view sites: A To C, K, 1, 2, 3,25, 46, and 62
$2570 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$2720 - Unlimited seasonal access
Lake front sites: D To J
$2740 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$2890 - Unlimited seasonal access
Premium lake front sites: L To Q, and 28
$2850 - Use weekends and 2 weeks vacation
$3000 - Unlimited seasonal access
Electricity is included in the site lease for the season .
Guest Charges:
$2.00 - Day time hours, per person
$5.00 - Overnight stay, per person
Standard boat slip $275.00 per season.Premium boat slip $400.00 per season
Deposits for 2018 will be $500.00
No site will be held without deposit, no refund of deposit. Summer outside boat storage without boat slip $100.00.
Winter outside boat storage $100.00 with boat slip lease. Winter inside boat storage $13.50 per foot (total overall length) minimum $250. *Site #7 with 36' camper. Comes with three rear bunks, main bedroom with Queen bed, sleeper sofa, wrap around dinette, A/C, gas grill, fire pit, flat screen tv, access to our pool, lake access, clubhouse and more. Rates below are for one family up to six people, can accomodate more people for an additional fee. -"The Weekender", Friday 11 am through Sunday at 5:00 pm $399 plus tax
-"The Vacationer", 7 days/ 6 nights, check in 11 am upon arrival and check out by 5:00 pm on departure $999 plus tax.
*must have reference from a customer within the park or a previous customer to rent this spot, nightly rental available without linens for a reduced rate.
